Troye Sivan, the young artist who opened up about his homosexuality, has just released an MV for HEAVEN for us to listen to, featuring Betty Who. However the interesting part of music video is the subtext about the movement for LGBT right. In the past year, Troye has released music with similarly controversial lyric such as: If god doesn't want LGBT on heaven, they'd rather go to hell.
In addition, Troye's official youtube chanel stated that "We are here, we have always been here. we will always be here. this video is dedicated to all who’ve come before me and fought for our cause and those who now continue the fight. in dark and light times, let’s love forever. love, troye x"
